My Girlfriend stays there.and I have stayed there a few times over night.i have no complaints. They dont put up with problems. And they take care of the place.1 out of 10 stars I would give them a 10.they do a great job.Keep up you allay God bless you all

Much better than it's ever been in 2yrs no roaches it's how you live my room was very clean joyce the manager has done a good job here recently laundry is up and running new beds and sprays every month .

Friendly staff. Our room is just passed the office so there is a lot of foot traffic but it's all pretty quiet and peaceful. Room is nice sized for the 2 of us and if we have a problem the office helps us out.

I was greeted by competant , friendly and professional staff. On business in Chattanooga we booked a Week for two Adults $245 plus a $50 deposit. After the end of the first week, We decided to stagnated 7 days. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. A two-way stove top, kitchens-style sink and a larger fridge that can hold a weeks worth of food. The Mesmerizing beauty that checked us in didn't hurt either. Kind, fast and helpful(most importantly) but Beauty never hurts in the Hospitality Industry. I'd stay again and likely will! :)

I've been staying at Homeaway about three weeks now. It has its pros and cons for sure, but overall I'd say it's about what I expected and not terrible for the money and decreasing room rate. If I were lucky enough to be able to rent one of the bigger units in the back however, I'd be much much happier for sure. For only about $40 more a week, you get the equivalent to what's essentially a 1BR apt. They're much more comfortable, roomier, and private. Like I said in general I'm satisfied, but they're pretty strict and will kick you out in a seconds notice for any seemingly minute thing. If staffs holding a grudge, on the weekends is suggest just staying inside all together. Lol they also require any guest or anyone on property even if not staying to have and show ID at will, and don't dare bring anyone around with a warrant either, cause they will slick call the cops to come bust your ass. Seen it several times. Also if you're not in the back, NEVER EVER EVER skip getting pest control, because after first glance, you'll come to learn it's not the cleanest and apparently has roaches like nobodies business. I'm planning this to be my last week for that very reason. There was a Roach behind my pillow last night, I missed it and it ran all the way under the bed and out the front, the survived not one, not two, but about fifteen hits by a broom before i finally got it. Purely Disgusting. I'd really like a discount or a freaking whole refund.

We went for my son's wedding and ended up staying longer than expected due to transportation issues. We couldn't rent a car they were booked solid for the next several days. So they let us keep 2 rooms for 9 days at a weekly price. They were great

I have been here since November and have nothing but positive things to say! The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I often find myself chatting with them when I only came in to pay that week's rent! The onsite/after hours maintenance guy always answers when I call and is just great! As far as price goes, I called every extended stay in the area and Home Away has the best rates, by far.

Had to stay at the Home Away in Hixson for a few months- other than the staff knocking on your door at 8am or earlier to "spray", "check batteries" & SNOOP, i had no problems. And also when I called to get a room, they said they were full and would call me when they got an open room. The next morning I was really needing somewhere to go, so I drove by the Home Away and walked in the front office and asked if they had rooms available. They replied with yes they have open rooms so I ask why I hadn't been contacted yet about a room being available for me, all they could tell me was, they were about to call me right then but I pulled up so that's why they didn't call!! Keep in mind I never even gave them my name!!!
